1. gathering would be ard oct23-3nov
2. please add me at alchemist-jingtong to inform me which date u are not avaliable and why
3.official date will be posted when 50% magentians inform me of their schedules
4. location shld be at sentosa or ecp so we can have a beach party/picnic or something
5.a poll will be posted to decide location later on.
6 .time will be frm 10am - 2pm when its not hot
if by oct 20 less than half magentians
inform me of their schedule,
it will be cancelled
